A quiet and cozy small bathing resort in the north of the island that is placed in a beautiful setting. In Acharavi there is a large street with passing traffic with plenty of shops, hotels and places where you can have something to eat. It is nice to sit in the restaurants at the beach. There is also the possibility to cash money. In the surroundings of Acaharvi there are a couple of nice beaches. The beach itself is long, clean and quite wide, with sand and some pebbles and it's not so commercial yet. The village of Acharavi is situated not far from another holiday resort, Roda, and these two villages share the same sandbeach. Just outside the village you can still find a quiet place on the beach. The beach itself is about eight kilometers long
There are many excursions by coach and boat, and local buses and car rental are available to those who wish to explore further a field, perhaps to visit the nearby village of Kassiopi or Corfu’s dramatic northern coastline.
All our houses are only a stroll away from the beach, local supermarkets, tavernas and free pools. Acharavi is 45 kilometers from the airport so the transfer time is approximately one hour. If you are looking for a fun day out with children or maybe just as a couple, water parks are always a good choice in the warm summer weather in corfu.
